So let's get something clear: I am NOT a poet. I try sometimes, and I usually produce something that is saccarin sweet or too silly to show to the world. It's particularly annoying because some of my family members are fantastic poets, and make it look ridiculously easy to create really powerful, evocative strains of verse.
Take my grandpa, David Hancock. After the success of his last book, 'Watching the World Pass By', which he published to raise money for St. Bart's charity, he's just finished a second volume. If he knew how to type he'd be unstoppable! As it stands, he got me to type it up (Secretary Saunders reporting for duty!)
'The Course of Life' will be coming out soon on Amazon, and of course I'm going to share the link here!
