Once upon a time...

I haven’t written a children’s book in a while but editing and releasing the Kindle edition of Tiny’s Christmas Party inspired me to get going. This is the first page of an untitled story about a little bearded dragon who gets lost exploring the big, tasty garden behind his house. Luckily, some mischevous fairies agree to help him if he plays their game! They’ve always wanted to meet a real, live dragon, after all!

When I was a kid I used to write stories about my pet mice with my brother. This is the first time I’ve actually written about one of my pets rather than just making up a character. Anyone who’s read my novel RATS already knows about my love of bearded dragons!
